Drudge is trumpeting a secret (?) trip by Bush to attend the Olympics to watch the Iraq soccer game. All we can say is,
WHAT!?!
This has GOT to be the stupidest thing Bush will ever do, if true. I guess the threat of terror in Athens isn't high enough. Now Flightsuit Boy wants to make sure the Olympics go to Code Orange and put everyone there in danger.
Not only that. The Iraqi athletes have already expressed their anger at Bush. And if he's going just to watch the Iraqis, how does this sit with the U.S. athletes who are there with their nerves cranked up to high as it is?
Finally, Bush's blatant disrespect and disregard for the USOC's request to stop using the proprietary term "Olympics" on his campaign commercials can't be sitting well with the entire Olympic organization.
This is just a stupid idea by a little egomaniac (Bush, not Drudge). It has "turkee" spray-painted all over it.
