Praying and more praying. Today, it was Laura's turn to do the praying at the New York State Prayer Breakfast. They prayed. They ate. They prayed some more.
And oh, yeah. They raised money.
For the first time, Pataki offered VIP tables for 10, costing $1,000 or $500 per table.Needless to say, their prayers were answered.
About 1,500 people attended this year's event, up from about 1,200 last year.
