I did find it rather interesting that GWB and his toddlers were featured in that RNC video tonight with the twins Beavis and Barbara. The footage was wobbly (there's that word again), grainy and had the unistakable sound of a projector whirring in the background.
So - a generous estimate - they would've been about two. That would have been 16 years ago. That would have been 1988.
Even I had a camcorder in 1981. Don'tcha think a rich guy like Bush woulda had one in 1988?
