Out of town over the weekend. Just got back. Laptop wouldn't boot past the Windows XP logo. HP Customer Support (Team Vindaloo) sent me to a Canadian web site which shows you how to hack an XP install disk to match my product key. Needless to say, it didn't work. Memo to HP: ANY nimrod can go on Google to find answers. Next time I do that my own damn self, I'll invoice you and we can keep the money in the U.S.
