The U.S. Found a Kindred Spirit!

The United States has tried in the past three years to capture Osama bin Laden, but failed because we lacked:
- Funds which were spent in Iraq and on tax cuts
- Support from other countries which we pissed off
- And competent leadership within our ranks.

Is there anyone else with these problems?
