Limbaugh Loses a Biggie

Two down in one week. But KDKA is replacing him with the show that's losing big-time to Al Franken in NYC. Go figure.
KDKA Replaces Rush with O'Reilly

Legendary News/Talk station KDKA/Pittsburgh announced today that it has cancelled The Rush Limbaugh Show and will replace it with The Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly, starting November 15. O'Reilly's program, syndicated by Westwood One, will be carried live on KDKA, weekdays from noon-2pm.

KDKA is owned by Westwood One sister Infinity Broadcasting. Limbaugh's show is distributed by Clear Channel-owned Premiere Radio Networks.

Infinity SVP and Pittsburgh Market Manager Michael Young said in a statement, "We have been carefully following Bill's radio show for some time, especially in major markets where his program is on with strong radio stations. The show has done very well in those situations, and we are confident the strength of KDKA and the compelling content of The O'Reilly Factor will make an excellent fit."
Don't get too overjoyed, though - Cadillac Jack reports that Clear Channel's FM station in Pittsburgh has picked up Limbaugh. Rush in Hi-Fi. Yeeek.
